Gintonic.cat was born in 2009 with the aim of making Jordi Millan’s dream come true: democratizing the art of cocktail making, bringing the excellence and creativity of a great bar to any event.
Jordi Millan, an agronomist by training, discovered his true passion in cocktail making. He trained with Josep M. Gotarda, one of the most prestigious bartenders in the country, and has built a unique career as the owner of Glaç cocktail bars, brand advisor and creator of Ginatge gin, the first landscape gin. He is also the author of the book “The manual of the perfect gin and tonic” by Editorial Planeta, a bestseller with 9 editions.
Detecting a gap in the cocktail bar sector within gastronomic catering, Jordi decided to innovate with an exclusive service that maintained the quality, professionalism and detail of the best cocktail bars, but adapted to any space. Thus was born Gintonic.cat, a project that today leads the field of open bar events in our country, designing unique, elegant and authentic experiences for each client.
